How Do You Get Started?
It is simple. Select your brands of Pet Food, Liter, and Treats. Enter in your delivery information and you are done. It's that easy. Order Sunday through Wednesday and receive your order Thursday or Friday. In a hurry or forgot to order until the bottom of your bag... let us know and we'll be there.

Returns/Exchanges/Delivery
Return/Exchange Policy
All unused/unopened items may be returned for a full refund of the product price within 30 days. We do not refund delivery charges. All used/opened product returns will be evaluated individually.
Upon acceptance of your shopping cart and the charges therein, the order may not be cancelled for any reason. If an order is refused upon delivery the customer is responsible for all shipping charges and a restocking fee of 10%.

For approved returns we will issue a credit to your charge card within 24 hours. In cases where we have delivered you an incorrect product, we will have the item picked up delivering the correct product to your door, at no additional charge.
Delivery is our distinct pleasure.
We will treat your home with respect as we approach and drop of your delicious Pet Foods. Our delivery persons are trained in brevity and cordial behavior. If you ever experience anything less please contact us immediately. You are our priority.
